On arrival we were greeted and taken to our room which was very nice and clean. The seaview was excellent. The breakfasts were excellent with good choices and plenty of extra tea and toast if required... Read more

The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.Breakfast was very nice and more tea and toast was offered during the meal.
Our room had a bay window with a sea view, it was perfect!
Dislikes:

Lovely sea view but extremely noisy road with constant traffic throughout the night.
Breakfast very disappointing: very thin poor quality bread, no fruit (not even the usual tinned grapefruit!), no choice of juice, no croissants etc. Read less

Dislikes:
I have no problem with re using a towel to save on washing etc but would have liked to have somewhere to dry used towels.
A problem with the milk supplied for Tea and Coffee in the room being off.

We had an enjoyable three night stay at the Grafton, which is now run by a young couple starting out in the trade. Service was friendly and high quality and the hotel was spotless. There's always room for improvement, especially early on but we were really impressed with the way we were looked after and no doubt as experience is gained this will rate as excellent across the board.
The hotel is situated on the front with excellent sea views from our room. Read less

Ample supply of coffee/tea/biscuits maintained in the room.
Dislikes:
Nothing negative at all in our experience
Small touches added could easily raise from good to excellent as refurbishments and improvements continue to be made
