Deposit & Booking Confirmation: All advance bookings must be confirmed in writing outlining dates and accommodation required together with a non-refundable deposit of £40.00 per booking. Written confirmation can be avoided, if the deposit is paid by, and the reservation guaranteed against a Credit or Debit Card.

Cancellation: In the event of accommodation being cancelled, in full or in part, a charge as indicated below shall be made. If the booking has been guaranteed by a credit card the cancellation charge will be applied to the card. If not, the account will be forwarded to you and our 7 days settlement terms will apply. We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance to cover loss, injury or cancellation of stay. Details will be sent upon receiving your confirmation and deposit.

Cancellation Charges:
2 days notice or less prior to day of arrival - loss of deposit plus full amount of the first nights stay.

Damages: Any damages caused to the Hotel's property will be charged to the person(s) responsible.

Dogs: Sorry we are unable to accommodate dogs.

No Smoking Policy: We operate a NON SMOKING POLICY throughout the hotel. Anyone who fails to co-operate will be asked to leave and FINED £50.

No Food: No take-away food is allowed to be consumed on the premises.

Occupancy of rooms: Rooms are normally available for occupation from 12 noon and it is requested that rooms are vacated by 10am on day of departure. LAST CHECK IN IS 23:00hrs (11pm) as reception will be closed thereafter.

Payment of accounts: Accounts must be settled in full on arrival, to save any inconvenience when checking out, or all accounts MUST be settled before departure date. We are happy to accept cash, cheque (up to the limit of a valid cheque guarantee card), Maestro, Delta, Visa, MasterCard and Amex.

Reception times: Reception usually closes at 11pm. Restaurant times: Breakfast 8am to 9am (unless otherwise informed differently). Evening meal - 6pm.

Groups: We can accept group bookings up to a maximum of about 50 however; at the time of enquiring we must know what type of group booking is required, as we reserve the right to cancel accommodation even if the accommodation has been confirmed with deposits etc. (Yours statutory rights are not affected).
