There is unrestricted roadside parking outside but this ia on a first come first served basis and available to all road users.

We have our own private car park at the rear but no level rear access.

Four steps to the front door, with a rise of 7" each step. The first three steps are 24" deep the top 48" deep leading into the front doors.

Set of manual pull/push double doors to the lobby/reception area.

Reception desk 40.5" high with bell.

All doors inside are >2'6" wide.

Porterage service for luggage is available on request.

Guide dogs are welcome.

Both lounge and dining room have level access on the ground floor.

We have seven ground floor bedrooms.

Ground floor corridor is well lit.

Stairs, landings and upstairs corridors have subtle lighting.

Five ground floor bedrooms are accessed off a corridor with a width of 36" (24" at its narrowest point). All five rooms have step in showers or baths and all baths have handrails attatched. Two bedrooms have handrails adjacent to the toilets. There is very limited space within these rooms and there is no wheelchair access to the en suite.

One ground floor single room is wheelchair accessible with spacious accomodation, allowing transfer space to the bed but not the bathroom, which has a step in bath with handrails on the bath.

All other bedrooms are situated on the first and second floors, served by two staircases. To the first floor there are 11 steps to a "half landing" then a further 7 steps. To the second floor there are 9 steps to a "half landing" then a further 9 steps (all tese steps each rise 6"). There is no lift.

We have no accessible public toilets.
